We live on a planet with millions of inhabitants, each one different from the other. We come
from different cultures, we have different physical characteristics that make us unique and allow
us to differentiate ourselves from others; In the same way, we all have a superhero, and that little
person who protects us and is always with us. For many young people, their superheroes are their
parents, while for others, they are fictional characters. Who is your favorite superhero? Can
you describe your favorite superhero? Can you identify the characteristics of your favorite
superhero?

Motivation
The teacher gets into the classroom, greets
students and asks:
- Good morning dear students.
- How are you today?
Students answer:
- Good morning teacher.
- I am fine/very well/so so.
Teacher asks:
- What is the date for today?
Teacher asks:
- Do you know them?
- Can you tell me two characteristics
that describe the movie characters?
Cognitive conflict
Teacher asks:
- Why is important to describe
someone?
Construction of learning
Teacher writes the title of the activity on
the board and mentions the objective.
Students give some examples using
adjectives.
Teacher asks:
- Can you mention some
characteristics about you?

Students observe the pictures from Markers

“Who I am?”. Students’ voice
Teacher gives some instructions for the
game.
Teacher asks for some volunteers to
develop the game.
The student has to describe one movie
character mentioning some of his/her
characteristics, for example:
- I am green, my eyes are blue, my
hair is red, my ears are long and I
am chubby. Who I am?
According to the description students guess
who is the described character.
Teacher corrects the mistakes if necessary.
