Attorney executed on this _____ day of February, 2023, I, Mr. Saghiruddin
Ahmed Bari, Aged 64 years, Indian Inhabitant, having address at
Zahiruddin Bari, Evershine Colony, Shivam Building B-wing, near Rasssaz
Theatre, Mira Road East, Thane, Mira Road, Mahrashtra-401107, having
passport no as Z- 1550333, and I Mrs. Naznin Saghir Bari, Aged 64 years,
of India residing at the above-mentioned address, having passport no as Z-
1836226, do hereby authorize, nominate, appoint and constitute Ms. Nazura
Sadiq Bachooali, Aged 33 years, Indian Inhabitant, having address at
A/201,Narita Co-op Housing Society, Yari Road, Near Ashok Honda
Bungalow, Andheri west, Versova S.O, Mumbai, Maharshtra-400061, our
lawful attorney to do and execute all or any of the following acts, deeds, and
things in respect of all the legal proceedings:

WHEREAS:

As we are presently residing in Dubai, UAE at Reem village, Rashidiya,

Villa no 4, for work purpose hence, we are unable to visit Mumbai
frequently, for necessary legal proceedings. Therefore, we are desirous of
appointing a lit and proper person as a Constituted Attorney to
Prosecute/defend and /or manage all our litigation in our absence and to
perform such acts as may be necessary to ensure effective management of
our litigation. Accordingly, we are desirous of appointing Ms. Nazura Sadiq
Bachooali to be our lawful attorney to perform such acts as hereinafter
appearing.

1. To commence, prosecute, institute, defend, oppose, negotiate and

limited purpose for filling plaint, sign vakalatnama, report tribunal
and the court.

2. To sign, verify, apply present and declare plaints, petitions, written

statements, replies, affidavits, declarations, memorandum of appeal,
application, complaints, representations and other necessary papers or
documents for any of the purposes aforesaid.

3. To appoint or engage Advocates, Solicitors and Legal Advisors and to

move them or any of them to appoint in their place other advocates,
Solicitors and Legal Advisors and to pay them such fees and
remuneration as Attorneys shall deem fit and for the purpose to sign,
execute and deliver and necessary notices, Legal Notices,
Vakalatnama and Warrants to act or any other papers or any other
necessary authorities.

4. To negotiate any deal/transaction in respect of any dispute and can

also initiate any kind of legal action.

5. And to do everything whatsoever which may be deemed necessary,

proper or expedient for effectively safe guarding our rights and which
we couldn’t ourselves, as if personally present and as if this power
had not been executed.

6. To further, better and more effectually doing, effecting, executing and

performing of the several matters and things aforesaid we hereby give
 and grant unto our said attorney full power and absolute authority
from time to time to effectively safeguard our rights from all claims
and charges whatsoever.

And we hereby for ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators and legal
representatives, ratify and confirm and agree to ratify and confirm
whatsoever our said attorney shall do or purport to do by virtue of these
presents.
