    I am writing in reference to my September salary which has not been credited into my account.
    In the month of September, I have been admitted for treatment in the hospital due to eye and
    common cold illness. In that case I missed a couple of working days. I have therefore brought
    this to your kind attention and notice to hopefully expect a quick resolution to this problem. I
    look forward to this not happening again as this not only caused inconvenience from my end.
