    Dear Sir / Madam,

    Sub: Upload of KYC records of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Joint Liability
    Groups (JLGs) to CKYCRR

    This is in reference to the upload of KYC records of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and
    Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) to CKYCRR.

    Entities registered with CERSAI (CKYCRR) are hereby intimated that Government
    of India has exempted reporting entities registered with Centralized KYC Records
    Registry (CKYCRR) from uploading Self Help Groups (SHGs) and Joint Liability
    Groups (JLGs) related KYC records to CKYC Records Registry.

    Accordingly, reporting entities need not upload Self Help Groups (SHGs) and
    Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) related KYC records to CKYCRR.
