To whom it may concern,

I am writing to recommend Siera Camacho as a teacher. Having known Siera for 5 years
as their supervisor at Michigan International Speedway. I am certain that Siera will be an
excellent teacher, she has such an amazing attitude and makes a great leader for the youth.

During her time with Michigan International Speedway, she has always been dependable
and someone I could rely on to get the job done. Siera was one of our team leaders, she always
took charge and was able to lead by example. She was always the first person at work and
would always step up to help wherever she was needed. Siera is extremely patient and
understanding of others around her, she always put others first and made sure they understood
the tasks that were asked of them. She has a tremendous work ethic and is not afraid to try
something new. Her willingness to learn and her positive attitude made her someone to look up
to. I think Siera would make for a great teacher at any level. She is a great role model for the
youth. Siera was a great employee for us at Michigan international Speedway, she was a joy to
be around every day. She will make any school a better place with her upbeat attitude and her
ability to bring out the best in the people she is around. I can confidently say that Siera will be a
great teacher and person to add to your staff.
