RAMADAN TIMINGS - KG to Grade 12

Dear parents

Kindly note that the school will observe shortened timings during the Holy month of Ramadan. Kindly follow
the announcement by the government authorities for the beginning of Ramadan, as published in media.

Grades Monday to Thursday Friday

KG 1 & KG 2 8 a.m to 11.30 a.m(Onsite) 8 a.m to 10.30 a.m(Onsite)
1 to 5 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Onsite) 8 a.m. to 11.30 a.m( Onsite)
6 to 12 ( Girls) 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. to 11.30a.m
Wednesday –Onsite Onsite and Online on
Tuesday and Thursday- alternate Fridays
Online
6 to 12 (Boys) 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. to 11.30a.m
Wednesday –Online Onsite and Online on

All students using school transport will be picked up 30 minutes later than the usual time. There will be no
change in the timing for drop off.

Parents of own transport students are requested to make arrangements as per the revised timing.

School Office Timing:

The school office will function from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on all days.
All students are requested to be considerate, to refrain from eating and drinking in public places and to be
careful not to offend the sensibilities of those observing fast during Ramadan.
