Operation and maintenance proceduce

A) Starting operation

1. Before start the machine, keep the sliding gate always


closed.Ensure the Ripple Mill empty and free of load.

2. Start the Ripple Mill until its achieves an optimum speed.

3. Open the sliding gate gently and start the vibrating feeder allow
nuts droP to the machine eventlY.

B) Starting operation

1. Stop the vibrating feeder.

2. Ensure all nut in feeding chute are cracked'

3. Closed the sliding gate and stop the machine'


Maintenance stePs

A)- (I) Replacement of multiple used rods'


G) Rotor dismantling and change of rotor rods'
(III) Adjustment of rotor.

A) Replacement of multiple used square rods'

1. Loosen 4 nos allen bolts attached to Jaw plate (Fig' 1 )

2. Remove screw holders to free jaw plate. (Fig' 2 )

3. Pull jaw plate away from ms casing to expose


square rod holder. (Fig. 3 )

4. Remove allen key screw attached to the jaw plate' (Fig' a )

5. Remove jaw Plate. (Fig. 5 )

6. Remove / replace square rods. (Fig. 6 )

7. Open the ms cover Plate. (Fig. 7 )

8. Expose rotor rods. (Fig. 8 )


9. Remove allen keY screw . (Fig. 9 )

10. Remove rotor rods cover plate. (Fig. 10 )

1 1. Remove rotor rods. (Fig. 1 1 )

12. 36units of A2}mmrotorrods. (Fig. 12 )
