OPENING REMARKS
When we first arrived at the Palacio de Manila for the National Conference, there was
really soft and attractive music playing to attract and keep us entertained while the program was
not yet underway. The host's voice was lovely, and the program was well-spoken. And the host
also sang a lovely song, and his voice was stunning. It was both appealing and emotional. He
introduced the speakers well in order to motivate us to learn. Then came other speakers, each of
whom delivered a beautiful and wonderful message. Certain concepts must be learned and
understood in order to broaden our knowledge and create new opportunities for ourselves. We
must be competent, patient, and mentally strong in order to be a good educator in the future. As
our circumstances and the world change, we must continue to progress and improve ourselves.
You must be committed to your future career as an educator and always be prepared. Quality
education transforms lives and societies, addressing many issues of equity and social justice.
Education is linked to better life outcomes such as income, health, and opportunity. Education
can foster innovation, reduce socioeconomic disparities, and fortify institutions.
To transform education and change the course of education to focus on all children
learning, governments must first consider innovative ways to reduce education inequalities that
shift education systems toward learning progress rather than curriculum completion. Education
stakeholders and donors must assist the government in improving learning outcomes through
various training and mentoring methods. We all know that teachers' jobs have changed
dramatically in the modern era, with the introduction of new teaching approaches and the way
digital and smart learning have made inroads into the field of education. Today's teacher faces the
difficult task of keeping up with the most recent inventions and advancements in medicine,
education, science, art, and so on. Regularly improving their skills and expertise is thus essential,
and it is a top priority nowadays and I think this is one of the challenges when I am observed in
the class. The topic of this Conference is very important, and we can apply it as future teachers
and future teachers like me, because it gave me an idea and a guide on how to socialize and make
my dreams come true. It taught me how to be a teacher and how to be a better teacher someday.
All of the teachers in attendance received a meaningful and inspiring message from the topic.
And the message of the speaker is for us to be a source of inspiration for us as we strive to
become not only good but also a fair teacher. This will be my guide for pursuing my dream of
becoming a teacher one day. We should understand that Field study is an additional learning
activity that provides a real learning environment for us to learn from observations at fields. It
also makes the educational process more active by allowing us to work in real situations and
develop skills, competencies, and positive attitudes by activating existing ones.
CLOSING REMARKS
The closing remarks emphasize the significance of the three topics discussed by the
speakers and provide a summary of the important details discussed. The seminar concluded with
a fruitful discussion of the issues and factors to be considered in order to promote transformative
educators in the future. The last speaker for the closing remarks is Dr. Arcega of Pamantasan ng
Lungsod ng Muntinlupa, who gives us a motivational speech before they take a photo with
numerous known education from various colleges or universities. The program went well, but it
was confusing. After the conference, the lucky students who were drawn in the raffle received a
scholarship. Dr. Carl E. Balita also welcomed two new students. At the end of the conference,
everyone was happy and excited about the new learning that they could apply to become better
teachers, and all of the speakers and staff thanked those who attended this event to the future
teachers who will continue the learning of every future student.
