sharing economy is that it provides workers with greater flexibility and freedom.

platforms such as websites and apps allow people to connect with each other and share
services and products.For example the driver opens the Uber app and enters the
destination. This driver is matched with an Uber driver, independent contractor, or gig
worker who drives the driver to their destination.

- Customers find sharing economy handy because they deliver substantial economic
value, which is what the sharing economy means to them. The customer also knows what
he or she is getting and can trust the business because of ratings and reviews, which are
two additional major benefits.

-The freelance job is those person who works for themsevles or an independent
laborer who earns money per task basis and do take contract for comapnies. And one of the
biggest concern of the freelancer is where is the next contract is coming from. With the help
of sharing economy it addresses to get easier to find a job with the freelancers. For
instance, the online platforms such as Upworks is a digital network connecting with the
freelancers to clients and it allows the users to browse the availability of the freelancers and
view their profiles and interview them until they hire and start working with them.

5.What Does the Sharing Economy Mean for the Companies Themselves?
- It means that they use products rather than own them; it puts service providers in
close contact with consumers; and it raises environmental issues. when assets and services
are shared among private persons It's a catch-all name for a variety of services,
applications, and goods.
