HSE Weekly report as a compilation of all activities carried
out during the Week.

Site Inspection
Safety Officers on Site to facilitate evaluation of construction sites. He reviews blueprints,
evacuation plans, designs for disposal systems, lighting and ventilation, and ensures there is no
danger to the health or safety of workers or site visitors. Ensure implementation of the correct
safety policies and procedures.

Policies and Procedures


All policies, procedures and programs on construction safety that comply with OHSA
regulations and host Nation Rules and Regulations are strictly adored.

Managing Safety Issues


Construction Manager, Site Engineers, supervisors, foremen, etc. are responsible for the health
and safety of workers and employees engaged in activities under their direction or supervision. 
These supervisors must ensure that their workers and employees:

 Perform work activities in a safe and considerate manner.


 Comply with all relevant regulations and accepted standards.
 Have the engineering controls or protective equipment needed to perform work safely.
 Ensure visitors are safe from and aware of hazards in the area or workplace.

3.0 SUMMARY
Total manpower of 112 and 896 man-hours were recorded during the Week under review, 9 people were
inducted and all necessary information was passed to them during the induction, 24 people attended
safety Toolbox meeting during the week under review.
We also took time to monitor the progress of the project and also made sure that all safe system of work
was strictly followed.

The Activities Performed during the Week under review is as following:
