Doctoral program aims to train education management experts. In addition, aSSIST
want to produce Korean language and culture education experts who can teach
Korean language and culture by learning the latest Edu-Tech.
1. Training of education management experts
• Establishment and operation of educational institutions. Learning the knowledge necessary for education
management, such as managing teachers and students.
• AI strategy management, human resource development, digital marketing, leadership training necessary for the
role and qualities of an education manager.
2. Understanding AI & 4th Industry
• Understanding and utilizing the latest trends necessary for AI education in the phase of Industry 4.0 and future
education environment
• Learning methods for natural language processing (statistics, using AI technologies in education)
3. Training with Edu-Tech
• Understanding digital innovation and edu-tech technologies (metaverse, gamification)
• Utilization of various ICT education policies and e-learning education
4. Acquisition of Korean language teacher (level 2) certificate
• Korean language teacher qualification (Level 2) that qualifies education of Korean language and culture in the
world
• Support for various in-house group activities such as special lectures on Korean culture studies, Korean
language, and Korean culture and study

Requirement

Qualification for Application

- Those who have obtained a Master’s degree in Korea or abroad (including
those expected to graduate) or have equivalent or higher academic
background
- Those who have no grounds for disqualification for overseas travel
- TOPIK level 3 or above

- Confirmation of document submission (aSSIST form)

- 1 copy of the aSSIST application form
- 1 copy of admission recommendation letter
Required Documents

- 1 copy of the study plan

- 1 copy of the final academic graduation certificate in English(Embassy
notarized)
- 1 copy of the final academic transcript in English(Embassy notarized)
- 1 copy of TOPIK certification
- 1 copy of passport
