Here's a motivation activity about acute, obtuse, and right angles that you can use:

Title: Angle Art

Objective: To motivate students to learn about acute, obtuse, and right angles by
creating a piece of art that incorporates these types of angles.

Materials:

 Paper
 Pencils or markers
 Rulers
 Scissors
 Glue

Instructions:

1. Begin by reviewing the three types of angles: acute, obtuse, and right angles. You
can use an angle reference guide or a whiteboard to draw and label each type of
angle for visual learners.
2. Explain to the students that they will be creating a piece of art that incorporates
these types of angles. They can draw inspiration from nature, architecture, or
their own imaginations.
3. Provide each student with a piece of paper, pencils or markers, and rulers.
4. Instruct students to create a design that includes acute, obtuse, and right angles.
They can use the rulers to create precise angles, or they can draw them freehand
for a more organic look.
5. After the students have completed their designs, provide them with scissors and
glue.
6. Instruct the students to cut out the different angles from their design and glue
them onto a new piece of paper to create a unique angle art piece.
7. After the students have completed their angle art, ask them to share their work
with the class. Have students explain how they incorporated acute, obtuse, and
right angles into their design and what inspired their artwork.
8. As a closing activity, display the students' angle art in the classroom or in a
hallway to showcase their creativity and inspire other students to get excited
about learning about angles.

Extensions:
 To make the activity more challenging, you can add additional types of angles
(e.g., straight, reflex) and require that the design includes a certain number of
each type of angle.
 You can also have students work in pairs or small groups to create a collaborative
angle art piece that incorporates all types of angles.
