It is hereby informed that the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare,
Andhra Pradesh issued Notification No.04/2022 for the recruitment of CAS posts.

The Revised Final Merit List and Selection was displayed on 26.08.2022 in
http://hmfw.ap.gov.in/ website and further noticed that certain defects have been
identified and rectified the same duly cancelling the selection list.

The Re-revised Final Merit List of CAS placed in http://hmfw.ap.gov.in/

website and the applicants are informed to submit their objections if any with
documentary evidence on or before 26-09-2022 by 5.00 PM to the below
mentioned mail Id. duly submitting the following details:

The objections submitted after due date will not be considered.

After considering the valid objections, Re-re-revised Final Merit list will be
prepared and placed in the above mentioned website.
Note:- Re-revised Merit List is prepared duly the following guidelines
mentioned in the G.O RT No 301 of HM&FW Department Dated 20-06-2020.

 EWS (Economically weaker sections) certificate issued by the competent

authority (2022-23 certificates) is considered.

 In certain Foreign Universities, Marks memo is shown as academic

hours / amount of hours/ ECIS Ranks / National grade / Study
hours / credits/ Grade points GPA/pass. In such cases, where
marks and maximum marks of the exam are not clearly shown,
Grade C with 50% as maximum marks is awarded as per the
Circular Memo 20270/B2/99-2 of HM&FW (B) Department Dated
24-07-1999.
 Marks awarded for languages are not considered for weightage of
aggregate marks.

 Contract Service Weightage :

Contract service shall be calculated with cut-off date as per the

notification, i.e., 23.07.2022

Service weightage for e-UPHC/UPHC/ Mukya Mantri Aarogya

Kendram etc are considered w.e.f 01.01.2021.

Urban Area: shall be verified as per the list of Municipalities given

by the Municipal Administration & Urban Development
Department for identification of area of institutions.

If there is any combination of Urban/Rural/Tribal service in an

unit of 6 months, the lowest weightage marks is awarded.

The break in contract period, where the difference between two

spells is less than or equal to 7 days, is only considered for
counting Service weightage to the candidate.
