SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, LAINE CAMILLE GALVEZ, of legal age, Filipino Citizen,
single with postal address at Block 22 Lot 51 Phase 4A Tiera
Monte Silangan, San Mateo, Rizal do hereby APPOINT, NAME AND
CONSTITUTE EMILLIE M. LOPEZ, likewise of legal age, Filipino
Citizen and a residence at Block 10 Lot 31 Mondello Homes Subd.,
Guitnang Bayan 1, San Mateo, Rizal, Philippines, to be our true
and lawful Attorney-In- Fact, for us and in our name, place and
stead to do and perform all of any of the following:

1. To transact business with the Bureau of Internal Revenue

Officer/s specially to facilitate the transfer the title in
my name, to submit, file documents, and pay all the taxes
necessary for the transfer of title and to receive the
Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) in my behalf for
the property covered by TCT No. 267684 with an area of One
Hundred Fifty-Eight(158) square meters, located at Brgy.
Nangka, San Mateo, Rizal;
2. To transact business with the Register of Deeds’ Officer/s
to facilitate the transfer of title and to receive the new
title in our name;
3. It is further authorize to transfer the tax declaration of
the property in the assessor’s office in the name of the
new owner;
4. To secure the certified true copy of the necessary
documents from Register of Deeds, Assessors Office and City
Treasurer’s Office;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full powers
and authority to do and perform all or any acts requisite and/or
necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authorities, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully
do, if personally present and acting in person, and HEREBY
RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT may
also do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these
presents.
