Mobile Verification for Leads / Accounts

Step 1: Ask the candidate to go to the registration form login page

(https://ngasce.secure.force.com/nmlogin_New?type=registration) and select Complete
Registration/Payment option. Click on “VERIFY YOUR MOBILE NO” to proceed for mobile
verification OTP.

Alternatively for AEPs/LCs, there are also buttons on the respective candidate’s lead page
(Complete Form) or account page (Registration Login) to go to this page and send OTP to
the candidate’s registered mobile number.

Step 2: You don’t need to fill the registration no or DOB details in the above step, simply
click on the verify button. On the page that opens, fill the registration number details and
click on “SEND OTP”.
Step 3: The candidate will receive the OTP on the registered mobile number similar to the
below image.

Step 4: Fill in the received OTP in the page that opens and click on the CONFIRM button.

Step 5: You will receive the confirmation message that your mobile number has been
verified. Also, the lead / account page will also get updated automatically.
