Cleaning supplies (bucket, brush, detergent, water)

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gloves, and appropriate clothing.

Preparation:

Identify the tank to be filtered and verify that it is safe to access.

Prepare the filtration system by assembling the filter housing and cartridges, connecting the hoses, and
priming the pump.

Place the filtration system near the tank to be filtered.

Ensure that all necessary cleaning supplies are available.

Procedure:

Drain the liquid from the tank, if necessary, and dispose of it according to relevant regulations.

properly.

Clean the inside of the tank using detergent and water, making sure to remove any remaining dirt or
debris.

Connect the inlet hose of the filtration system to the tank, and the outlet hose to a container or another
tank.

Turn on the pump and monitor the flow rate and pressure to ensure proper operation.
Check the filter cartridges periodically and replace them as needed, following the manufacturer's
instructions.

Once the filtration is complete, disconnect the hoses and remove the filtration system.

Rinse the tank with clean water again to ensure that all contaminants have been removed.

Inspect the tank for any signs of damage or corrosion and report any issues to the appropriate
personnel.

Refill the tank with the appropriate liquid, and monitor the level and quality to ensure proper operation.

Safety precautions:

Always wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses and gloves, when conducting the work.

Verify that the tank is safe to access before starting the work.

Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the filtration system and ensure that it is properly assembled
and primed before use.

Avoid contact with the filtered liquid, especially if it is hazardous or toxic.

Dispose of all waste properly and according to relevant regulations.
