and paid for (in full) by the above listed installer.
We are an insurance brokerage that specialise in the supply of insurance protection for home improvements
that are carried out by accredited installers. Subject to the insurance policy terms & conditions, the insurance
protection provides you with valuable insurance cover in the event that your installer ceases to trade.
What should I do if the details listed on the insurance certificate are incorrect?
The insurance policy consists of two documents, the insurance certificate and the insurance policy terms &
conditions. To ensure that the installer has provided accurate information to us, please review the information
contained on insurance certificate and notify the installer should you notice any incorrect details.
All insurance claims are subject to the insurance policy terms and conditions. In the event that your installer
ceases to trade, and you need to make a claim against the insurance, please refer to the
section of the insurance policy terms & conditions.

your name and address along with details of your enquiry and our reply. We hold and use this information as it is in our and our installers

who act under agreements with us but also have a legitimate interest in your data. If you require details of the Insurer this will be included in the
insurance policy provided to you when work is registered with us. We have contracts in place with all third parties to whom we provide your data to,
and they are required to ensure that all the requirements of the Data Protection legislation are met.

You have several rights in relation to your personal information, these are:
