Letter of Complaint

Dear Mrs. Juana Garcia:

This letter is intended to raise awareness of the school administration towards the unjust treatment of
Prof. Juan Dela Cruz towards his class in 2nd year Tourism Management.

This issue has been pressing the students to take a complaint against the insensitive and lack of
understanding from the said professor. He would discard our personal situations happening inside our
homes that have valid points. Emergencies have been ignored and worse given sanction to by him. He
has to understand that during this time, where everyone has their uncontrollable situations, we need his
understanding the most as students doing their best for our own studies.

I humbly call for the administration to look into the matter and speak with Prof. Juan Dela Cruz.
Ultimately looking at the situation of a professor replacement; as it is already affecting not only our
grades but also our mental sanity due to anxiety and excessive pressure. I pray for your kind
consideration and your swift judgement. Thank you.
