INFORMATION

The Undersigned City Prosecutor accuses JIMMY SANTOS alias

"BONDYING" of the crime of LIGHT THREATS in relation to Sec. 10 (a) of
R.A. 7610 committed as follows:

That on or about November 8, 2021, in Brgy. Dampol 2nd B, Pulilan,

Bulacan, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the
above-named accused, did then and there willfully, unlawfully committed
(sic) acts of abuse against one Ato Catacutan y Santos, 16 years old, by
uttering the following words “Putang-ina kang bata ka, kamukhang kamuka
ka ng tatay mong pangit na, ay ubod pa ng walang-hiya”, accused then
followed the verbal abuse with threatening gestures thereby subjecting said
minor to psychological abuse, cruelty and emotional maltreatment
prejudicial to his natural development.
