TERMINAL PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVE:

Given groups of clients (individuals, families, population groups, and communities) with health
problems and special needs, I will be able to demonstrate three major roles of a beginning
professional nurse; as a care provider, leader and manager, and researcher in the context of the
Philippine Professional Nursing Practice Standards and shall demonstrate safe, appropriate, and
holistic care utilizing the nursing process in any health care setting.

ENABLING OBJECTIVES:
Within 24 hours of Related Learning Experience, I can be able to:
• Establish rapport with the staffs assigned in the Area.
• Familiarize myself with the different areas and set-ups in the OB/OR.
• Familiarize myself with the instruments and equipment used in the OB/OR.
• Assists and participate with clinical procedures.
• Develop the necessary skills needed like proper handling of Instruments.
• Observe different cases involved in the OB/OR area.

10:45 am – 11:45 am Clean instruments used
11:45 am – 12:30 pm LUNCH
12: 30 pm – 1:30 pm Observe for other cases if possible
1:30 pm – 2:30 pm Document all the needed information for Case
