    Greetings of peace and solidarity!


    The Guidance and Counselling Office continues to give its best to counsel students,
    participate in student welfare programs, and evaluate and improve the counselling
    program.
    Just recently, the Office of the Guidance Counsellor conducted the 16 Personality Test
    to measure and assess the anxiety level of the students. The test revealed that we have
    students who have high anxiety level. Research said that anxiety is one of the major
    predictors of academic performance. It affects their interest in learning which could lead
    to poor performance in school.
    Relative to this, the said office would like to request on your good office to excuse the
    following students who scored high in anxiety scale from the said personality test to
    undergo counselling program on January 5, 2023.
    Attached herewith is the list of students to be excused from their class.
    We hope for your favorable response regarding this request.
