Art WorX is an innovative business that allow customers to customized t-shirt printing,
embroidery, sporting goods & promotional items. Art WorX main store are located at 051 Main
Road, Mamatid, Cabuyao City, Laguna plus a small storage warehouse and office near its store.
Art WorX objective has its own way to strengthen the T-shirt printing industry stronghold and to
take advantage of the target market's familiarity with the constant use of the Internet. We will
express our vision to act as a most recognized socially aware that sells customized t-shirts
printed on demand at affordable prices. Our target area is the City of Cabuyao in Mamatid, since
there are local schools, universities, businesses, government agencies, corporation and individual
who looking for quality printing services. Art WorX observed that there is a certain need for a
more consistent supply for some start-up clothing line business and services in our target area.
Currently, there are only three other T-shirt printing businesses in this area that handle Heat
Printing, Screen Printing and Digital Printing and that store relies mainly on printing services.
Art WorX used social media platform to have a unique way of selling and approaching customer,
by the use of website, it enables Art WorX to make an excellent impact with a well-designed to
introduce the business, there is an event business focus because it is important to further develop
the business and provide extensive knowledge regarding entering a business which is seminar.
Art WorX selling printed t-shirts and accepting direct and online bulk orders using a
personalized order form, the customer will select which kind of t-shirt, size, color, image, or
graphic design they want in front or back, etc. from a lengthy list of transaction brochure. The
business will also offer custom graphics on some clothing store. We are committed to provide
high and consistent customer satisfaction by giving an unforgettable quality service, carrying
items which are not available in other competitors, having a pleasant, friendly atmosphere while
transacting in our store. Our working environment would be one of respect for our customers and
our community. Art WorX marketing budget for the year is P 600,000, and 6% of this which will
be spread for the following marketing strategy activities that can help the business such as
banner ads, instore marketing, pop marketing, event, sponsored content, Facebook, twitter,
Instagram, Tiktok, blog, newsletter, creative/design software, computer. Market Team reach out
to clients, buyers, partners through direct and online transaction, while building an overall brand
that portrays our business in a professional manner.
The main objective of the busines is to achieve a yearly rise in revenue. Through updating
our design and content each year to create brand awareness that drives traffic to our website
through search engine optimization methods, including Google keywords or hashtags, which can
allow people quickly identify the business. The aim is to raise web visits by 15% from the past
year's statistics.
In order to achieve our goals, the marketing strategy would contain the following elements.

shirts directly from manufacturers in Manila and then customize and print it to be distributed
directly to end users. We are using a just-in-time inventory-control system. The minimum level
of inventory needed for a season's orders shall be obtained and deposited at the processing
facility.
This keeps inventory operations and storing cost to a minimum. Once orders arrive, we
design the items, prepare the final products for shipping, and send completed orders through
ground distribution.

social media account. This strategy helps our business to get more customers and to increase our
business revenue. ArtWorX ensure the effectiveness of marketing strategies by evaluating
marketing strategies because it helps our business eliminate ineffective strategies and develop an
overall plan that helps build our business. By monitoring the progress of ArtWorX can be used to
support the overall business objectives, so it is helpful to monitor strategic business goals. At
regular intervals, we conduct an evaluation for each goal. If we find that the progress toward one
is slower than the others, our marketing strategies for that goal may be ineffective or need to be
ramped up. In every venture there is always comparison with competitors this is also a way of
ArtWorX to more easily find out if our market strategy is effective you can compare them to find
differences in frequency, quality, content, and response.
Our business will set a goal to measure the marketing effectiveness of ArtWorX.
ArtWorX will be use different kinds of metrics like referral traffic, click-through rates, and
bounce rates. This metrics will help our business marketing strategy because all of this metrics

marketing plan through incremental sale metric to know if the sales of our business are increase
or decrease but our goals to to increase the sales of ArtWorX, for example if our sales are
₱50,000 the month before the campaign and increase to ₱60,000 pesos to the following month
then the incremental sales of our business are resulting from the campaign would be 10%.
Customer lifetime value metric help ArtWorX to give our business more realistic representation
of marketing campaign’s cost. Because in the business this is particularly the case if our customer
tends to buy more than one item over the years. This can be done over the course of a few years
for long- running campaigns by tracking customer sales directly resulting from the campaign.
