1. Overviews of Menus
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

1.1 Test Menu

This menu contains number of submenus Count,GSM these are used to

taking tests in Count,GSM.

The menu RH is used to feed the current RH value.

The another Print and Preview menus are used to taking printouts and
preview the reports.

The Record Edit menu used to edit the record names and delete the
records.

Exit menu is used to Exit from Quality software.

1.2 Options Menu

These Options menus are used to give the default parameters to the
Count tests,
and so on.

These also used to feed the Operators,Shifts,Styles,Lots names.

1.3 Windows Menu

This is used to Cascade and Tile the windows.

1.4 Help

Containing only for license information.

1.5 Record Menu

This menu only displayed when you entered to any one of the test
mode(Count,GSM)

Used to Open existing test records, Creating new test records, Editing
Parameters
on existing records and also deleting records.

1.6 Printing Menu

This menu also displayed only you entered to the test mode.

Used to take results only or readings only or combination of this two

options.
 2. Overview of testing Information.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

2.1 New Test record

First you open the new record using the button New (Just you place the
mouse pointer to the button that indicates the name of the button).Otherwisw using
menu
Record -> New.

2.2 Open record

This option used to open the existing record.Just using button

Open.Otherwise
using menu Record -> Open.

2.3 Edit Record

For editing the existing record.Just press button Edit.Otherwise using

menu
Record -> Edit. The ediitng is not possible when the test is finished.

2.4 Save Records

For saving the changes in the record.Just using button Save

Changes.Otherwise
using the menu Record -> Save.

2.5 Cancel Changes

For cancelling the changed options before saving.Just using button

Cancel Changes.Otherwise using the menu Record -> Cancel.

2.6 Recalculate results

Used for recalculating the changed datas or in between the test.Just

press the
button recalculate.

2.7 Searching Records

For searching the records stylewise and operatorwise between the days.

2.8 Communicate to balance

Connect the balance to the computer serial ports through using the
cable.make sure the computer serial ports are
working properly and also the communication cable is in good
condition.

Then select the appropriate port in menus Options -> System, There
fore where
the balance is connected in the computer.Eg., If the balance is
connected in the computer COM1 port
then select the COM1 port in options menu system option.

Used to communicating the balance Just pressing the Communication

button in the tool bar.

3. Options Menu

In this used to enter the default parameters to the test Count.Also

used to set the system settings Communication Port,Balace type.

4. In test mode the parameters is used to give parameters to the Count,GSM.

5. In test mode the Samples is used to view the tested datas.

6. In test mode the Results is used to view the Overall and Samplewise
results.

Note : 1. First you to enter into new record, then they want name, give
the name
the default parameters are saved. Suppose you want a chages in
parameters
using the edit button to change it and then click Save changes
to save the
changed parameters.

2. The Mouse button right click is same functions in Record menu.
