phases constituting the development process, as outlined below:
The first is Conceptualization, Planning, and Initiation.

This phase includes defining project objectives and defining development issues.

The fourth phase is Design, Layout, and construction

physical layout; Allocate space; plan energy and technical systems; Construct the facility;
Interface architecture, landscaping, and interior design.

The fifth phase is management / operation

In this phase, it is necessary to: initiate a marketing campaign; recruit and train staff;
organize departments. maintain the facility.
