Mathematics and Science – ( SSC Board )

9th std. schedule for the year 2022 -2023.

Our class starts on 15th June 2022. Considering the uncertainty of

current situation, if allowed the class will be opened for offline
teaching, otherwise it will be online.

Class Timing :
Batch - 1 Batch - 2

Monday to Friday 7.15 am to 8.30 am 4.45 pm to 6.00pm

Saturday 5.30 pm to 6.45 pm 4.15pm to 5.30pm.

(2nd, 4th, 5th )

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS :

1. Considering the difficulty of 9th std syllabus, students must practice

mathematics for one hour every day. Parents should sign on this work
daily.

2. As reteaching is absolutely not possible, students must attend the class

even during school unit tests.

3. The entire 9th std prescribed syllabus is taught in the class irrespective
to whether the schools opt for skipping a few chapters.

4. Students may have to come for extra classes if necessary to cover their
semester portions. (On Saturday / Sunday.)

5. Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones to the class.

If students are found with gadgets like mobile, i-pad, mp3 player in the
class then the gadgets will be confesticated.

6. Dress Code – Students should not wear short & revealing dresses.
TEST PATTERN :

1. During the whole year chapter wise tests are conducted.

2. Tests are conducted in the class. .All tests are compulsory. Tests must
be solved in test answer papers similar to SSC Exam.

3. Parents are requested to go through the test answer papers after every
test and sign it. If necessary parents are invited for a counseling with
their ward. These meetings are on prior appointments only.
FEES AND ADMISSIONS :

1. Fees for the entire Year is Rs.23600/- (Inclusive of Teaching, Test

series and GST.)
2. Fees may be paid by cheque or by cash.

3. Fees can be paid full or in two instalments of

Rs.14160/- and 9440/-
1st instalment is to be paid while confirming the admission.
2nd instalment to be paid in June 2022.

4. Cheque should be drawn in favour of "Shruti Ghatpande".

5. Cancellations if any/ Fees refund will not be considered from 15th

May 2022.

Please note GST is not refundable.

6. Admissions start : 10th October 2021.

Around 50 students are given admission for every batch
