    LETTER SEEKING APPROVAL FOR 300LEVEL COURSE REGISTRATION

    Dear Sir,

    Good Day sir. In September 2021, I EXCEL AMADI| Matric no; 19/ 5857 was
    suspended from the university for a year. I resumed November 1 st 2022 and I started filling out
    the disciplinary forms in line with the university’s rules and counselling on how to go about my
    remaining years in school.

    Registration upon resumption this year wasn’t easy, I was being transferred from office to
    office filling forms and meeting different heads as directed. One of the people I met was the
    Dean of architecture who directed me to the ICT office for course registration, unknown to me
    the time for the registration had elapsed. Mr. Omishere then directed me to write a letter seeking
    your approval before registration can commence.

    Please sir with your permission I would like to seek your approval to continue my
    registration process in accordance with the school policy. Thank you sir for your swift response.
