    IOCL is one of the companies which work for the walefare of nation
    In which they give 2% of their net profit for activities called corporate
    Social Responsibility

    IOCL conducted an activity called SKILL DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE


    Which is situated in Bhubaneswar (SDI-B) was established on 9th May 2016 with an aim to provide
    opportunities for skilling to the unemployed and underprivileged youth of Odisha and to provide skilled manpower
    to the industry in which they use to teach Industrial electrician and welder due to high demand they added some
    more new courses viz. Computer Data Application (only for girls), Fitter Fabrication, Instrumentation Technician,
    Pipe Fitter (City gas Distribution), Solar PV Installation and LPG Mechanic
    about 3,000 to 4,000 youth will be trained every year in 16 regular trades pertaining to the hydrocarbon sector
    and local industries

    Alike this many more CSR activities have been conducted by IOCL for example in 2018 to 19 INDIANOIL
    AAROGYAM was lunched which was a medical scheme

    same year they launched an other medical activity called ADIS AND ASSISTIVE DEVICES TO DIVYANGIAN
    In which Assistive devices like tricycles, wheel chairs, crutches, walking Sticks "Braille kits for visually impaired,
    hearing aids, artilcial limbs, etc. were provided to more than 20,000 Divyangjan acros 21 States of India

    Many more CSR activities have been conducted by IOCL like indianoil vidhushi
    IndianOil Gyanodaya scheme in Govt. ITIs & Polytechnics , Assam Oil School of Nursing, Digboi, Assam ,
    Assam Oil Division Hospital, Digboi, Assam , Swarna Jayanti Samudayik Hospital, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh
