Permanent Disconnection of Electricity to Govt. Quarter No. D/1(1st

Floor) at Bridge Chhack,(PWD Colony)

Sir,

With reference to the subject noted above,it is to inform that one

Govt.Quarter bearing No.D/1(1st Floor) at Bridge Chhack,Boudh has been alloted
to me.As I have retired from govt.duty ,I would like to vacate the afore said
Quarter as soon as the Electricity permanent disconnection from the Quarter is
possible.Sc No. 293101220175 is being alloted to me as electricity consumer.

In this context I would like to request you to please disconnect the Electricity from
the above said Quarter permanently and acknowledge me the outstanding dues
against me to clear at my level .In addition to this the meter Which is issued to me
to be taken back and No Dues Certificate in my favour may please be issued.

This is for favour of your kind information and necessary action.
