This is an area
where I feel like
I have grown over
the past 3 full
teaching years. I
am much better
able to see ahead
on my long range
plans and
anticipate when
certain activities
and challenges may
present themselves
and can adjust
accordingly. The
understanding of
who is in front of
me factors into
this outlook and
what adjustments I
make in my
planning. While
not perfect,
instead of being
just one-week
ahead in each of
my classes, I can
now see months
ahead. 9 / 1 8 / 2 0 2 1
