CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC.

SUBJECT: PRE-CONVENTION PREPARATION ON 23 MAY 2023

IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY

The national officers of the Sheriffs' Confederation of the Philippines,

Inc. (SCOPHIL), will conduct a pre-convention preparation on 23 May 2023
in connection with its 21 st National Convention and Election of Officers on
24-26 May 2023 at the SM Convention Center, General Santos City.

In connection therewith, the following SCOPHIL national officers are

hereby authorized to attend the pre-convention preparation on OFFICIAL
TIME, provided that there is a prior written permission from the
Executive/Presiding Judge, no disruption of the court calendar, and the
required health protocols are strictly observed:
