Title: Relaxing and Competitive Space

Target Audience:

The program is designed for teenagers between the ages of 18 and 30 who want to
have a space to relax after a very busy day, having the opportunity to develop in a
competitive space at the same time if they want.

Description of the Problem:

Nowadays people tend to feel stressed, sad or simply discouraged by their work and
obligations that they fulfill every day. All these feelings that many of them develop
tend to keep to themselves and not express them to the people around them, this
can become complex since the person is repeating different types of bad feelings all
the time. With our project we want to help people to be able to release what they feel
in their day to day in a safe and reliable way, thus achieving a great level of
relaxation. At the same time encouraging them to be more competitive in their
development bases.

Program Activities:

The program consists of a different activities where you can feel relax and being able
to express yourself with others at the same time that your increase your
competitiveness:

1. A moment to socialize : In this place you can share your feelings, emotions,
and problems in an interactive way at the same time that you do an activity
like ping pong, game cards, board games with people who want to share their
interests, too.
2. General Culture: With this you can know fun facts about topics that you didn't
know at the same time that you are more competitive. The activity consists of
a roulette with different questions like arts, science, sports, entertainment,
geography and history.
3. Session to relax: A place where you can bring out bad vibes. You can sleep,
listen to music, read a book, all this to get out of the stress accumulated by
the work of the day to day.
4. Specialized People: You can find professional psychologists who can listen to
you and advise you in the most correct way when you need them the most. It
is always good to have several points to advise you.

Logistics:

The program is conducted over a period of 12 weeks, with one session per week.
Each session is 2 hours long and is conducted in a community center or school. The
program is facilitated by a team of professionals such as nutritionists, fitness
trainers, mental health professionals, and mentors. The program is free of cost for
participants and is funded by community organizations and local businesses.
In conclusion, Healthy Habits for Happy Teens is a comprehensive program that
addresses the social problem of unhealthy habits among teenagers. The program
provides a supportive and empowering environment for teenagers to learn about
healthy habits and make positive changes in their lifestyle. By equipping teenagers
with knowledge and skills to make healthy choices, the program aims to improve
their physical and mental health and reduce the negative impact of unhealthy habits.
