Deall Product Case Study

Deall is an exclusive career portal that connects top talents to companies. We launched in April 2022 &
one of our main focus for Q2 2023 is an increase of % sign up completion rate .

The Challenge
Scope: Sign up via web (https://talent.usedeall.com/sign-up)
(1) What do you think are the possible challenges/causes that may hinder users from completing
the sign up process?
(2) What are your proposed solutions that you think can help us reach the goal? Can be a wireframe
of a page revamp, or a new feature proposal, etc.
(3) If you are to validate this to users via a quick survey, what are the possible questions to ask
them?
