Forests provide us resources making it possible for humans to survive.

Rising temperatures and seas, massive droughts, changing landscapes.

Successfully adapting to climate change is growing increasingly important.
For humans this means using our technological advancements to find
soulutions like smart citeies and better water management. B
Climate change is quickly becoming the biggest threat to the long-term
survival of different animal species in the world. People, animals, and plants
are already feeling the heat. This warming signal is also found in ocean
temperatures, soil temperatures, melting glaciers, and melting polar ice
caps. It has been associated to widespread impacts on ecosystems around
the planet. All of these evidence points to the conclusion that our planet is
warming, and natural systems are struggling to keep up. The areas of ice
floating on ocean waters play an important role in regulating our climate, by
reflecting some sunlight back to space, and in the life cycles of many polar
species, such as polar bears, seals, and walruses.
Wildfires, it destroys the natural habitat of the pandas, and also the other
living species. The probability of survival of other organisms are not only
brought by climate change, but also directly by humans. One of those
activities are related to farming and other inhumane actions.
how species diversity increases the probability of adaptation and survival of
organisms in changing environments
Adaptation refers to the ability of an organism to survive and reproduce in a
particular environment. This may involve changes in behavior or physical
structure to survive. For example, if we take an street dog (that lives in a
tropic place) in Alaska (cold country), it will grow thicker fur to survive cold
temperature. Likewise, when a dog in a cold country brought to the tropics,
it will shed its fur to adapt the warm climate.

Adaptation refers to the ability of an organism to survive and reproduce in a

particular environment. This may involve changes in behavior or physical
structure to survive. As what you can see in the illustration, animals are
being resourceful and they use other organisms (living and nonliving)
according to their needs. For example, take a look at the moose. The moose
eats the bushes because it is one of their needs, a food to eat. Same goes
with the bird and the worm. The bird is eating the worm because they need
nutrients from it. Different organisms have their own ways of coping or
strategy conducive to survival.

The ability of an organism to survive and reproduce in a particular

environment is referred to as adaptation. To survive, changes in behavior or
physical structure may be needed. Take a look at the illustration. As can be
seen, the eagle hunted its prey which is the fish and ate it. The eagle get the
nutrients that he needs from the foods he eat so that means hunting or
cannibalism is an essential for them. The frogs are soaked in the water
because it is their natural habitat or may be also because of the heat
brought by the climate change. Just like us humans, other organisms also
have their own methods or techniques for the sake of surviving.
