SECTION 4: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and
prototypes
2. Collaborate with development team to define functionality and guidelines
3. Work with junior designers on the team to monitor and ensure development of consistent user experience
across all areas of the website
4. Be familiar with web standards and be able to build responsive websites
5. Develop and maintain documentation regarding style guidelines
6. Work through design problems from beginning to end
7. Detail oriented on workflows, designs and hand-off
8. Design easy-to-use user interfaces
9. Ad-hoc assignments that are assigned from the management

SECTION 5: QUALIFICATION & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Educational Qualification Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative
Multimedia or equivalent
Relevant Experience (skills & knowledge) Al least 3 years of working experience in UI/UX design

1. Familiar with certain technical constraints and limitations as they apply to design for platforms such as
desktop, mobile, iOS, and Android
2. Excellent time management, organization & prioritization skills
3. Keen eye for details, able to work in a fast-paced environment
