Project Title Multi-Purpose Billing Software

ABSTRACT

The project “Multi-purpose Billing software” is an application to automate

the process of ordering and billing of any type of store or a supermarket. This
is a stand-alone application and uses database approach. This application also
administrates its users and customers. This application is password protected
and restricts un-authorized access to the application. In past the people used to
store their data on different registers and it was time consuming and they’d
have write all the details of product on register but this software would change
the whole scenario by making it user-friendly and storage and access efficient.
The project will serve the following objectives.
• Add and maintain records of available products.
• Add and maintain the costumer details.
• Add and contains the information of new products.
• Add and maintain new entered category of products.
• Provides a convenient solution of billing pattern.
• Make an easy to use environment in user and costumer.
• Add the detail of goods that purchase by the costumer and add the price of
each goods and show total price and make bill.
