AGREEMENT NOT TO HOLD OTHER PARTY LIABLE FOR MISSED PAYMENTS

This Agreement, Globe Plan is entered into on March 27,2023 by and between Party A and Party B,
collectively referred to as the "Parties".

WHEREAS, Party B is a party that is obligated to make payments MONTHLY under a separate agreement
“Globe Contract"

WHEREAS, [Party A] has expressed concern that they may not be able to make timely payments as
required under the Underlying Agreement.

WHEREAS, [Party B] is willing to enter into this Agreement and agrees not to hold [Party A] liable for any
missed payments under the Underlying Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the Parties
agree as follows:

Not to Hold [Party A] Liable. [Party B] agrees not to hold [Party A] liable for any missed payments that
may occur under the Underlying Agreement.
Acknowledgment. [Party A] acknowledges that this Agreement is entered into solely for the purpose of
providing [Party A] with assurance that [Party B] will not hold [Party A] liable for any missed payments
under the Underlying Agreement.
Legal Document. This Agreement shall serve as a legal document and shall be binding on the Parties
hereto.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and
supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral,
relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
Modification. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both Parties.
Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an
original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first written above.

should Party B decide to abandon this agreement, even though the Globe Plan contract is not yet
fulfilled and fully paid. Party A has the right to use this letter for any legal reports and claims.
