In continuation of this office proceeding 3rd read above the sanction is

hereby accorded for release of Teaching Grant for an amount of
Rs.3,54,21,476/- [Rupees Three Crores Fifty Four Lakhs Twenty One
Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy Six Only] under IV Quarter
Budget for payment of Grant-in-Aid salaries to the Aided Teaching and Non-
Teaching Staff working in Private Aided Junior Colleges and Redeployed Aided
Staff who are working in Government Junior Colleges in the State for the month
of March 2023 (01 month) is now released.

Details of District-wise allocation are furnished in the Annexure

appended to these proceedings. The budget now released is subject to
verification of original records at the time of audit.

This budget is released for the purpose of utilization and claiming of

Budget released towards Grant-in-aid salaries for the month of March 2023
(01 month). The expenditure is debitable to the following head of account:-

2202 General Education

03 University and Higher Education
MH 104 - Assistance to Non - Government Colleges
and
Institutions
SH (04) - Assistance to Non - Government Aided Institutions
310 Grant -in -Aid
311 Grants - in- Aid towards Salaries

The District Intermediate Education Officers in the state are authorized

to countersign the bills duly verifying the eligibility and correctness of the bills
claimed keeping in view of the instructions issued earlier from time to time.
The Principals of Private Aided Junior Colleges are hereby instructed to submit
the salary bills to the District Intermediate Education Officers concerned duly
verifying the eligible amount to be paid as per records.

The Accounts Officer, office of the Commissioner of Intermediate

Education, Telangana State, Hyderabad shall draw the salaries for the month of
March 2023 of redeployed staff who are working in this office from the allotted
budget as per their eligibility.
The Drawing and Disbursing Officers shall be aware of the fact that
certain Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff of Private Aided Junior Colleges have
been redeployed to needy places. When such redeployed person's salaries are
claimed in the present working place, Attendance Certificate and Non-Drawal
Certificate shall be obtained to avoid double claim and payment if any.

The District Intermediate Education Officers concerned are hereby

instructed to obtain acquittance certificate from the Principals of Government
Junior Colleges/Correspondent of Aided Junior Colleges where grant is allotted,
promptly and submit consolidated budget utilization statement of the District.

The Regional Joint Director of Intermediate Education, Multi Zone-I and

Regional Joint Director of Intermediate Education, Multi Zone-II are requested to
co-ordinate with the DIEOs concerned and the Principals of Aided Junior Colleges/
Redeployed staff who are working in Government Junior Colleges under their
jurisdiction and ensure prompt payment of salaries and salary arrears and obtain
utilization certificate including attendance certificate and submit the same to the
concerned DIEOs for record for verification at the time of Audit.
Deviation of these orders will be viewed seriously.
The receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
