Greetings!

Food for the Hungry Philippines (FHP) is a duly licensed and accredited international relief and
development organization and accredited by the Department of Social Welfare and
Development (DSWD). We are currently working in the 30 adopted communities of Marabut and
Basey implementing the Western Samar Coastal Agricultural Programme (WSCAP) which was
funded by Tearfund New Zealand and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT). The
main goal of the programme is to increase the economic self-sufficiency and resilience of
vulnerable rural households in 16 covered communities of Marabut, Samar and 14 covered
communities in Basey.

As part of the program implementation, WSCAP CCB DRR sector will be distributing and
turnover the Community-Based Early Warning System & Preparedness Equipment on
November 29, 2022.

The 1 day activity will be held at Farmer’s Training Centre in Barangay Amantillo, Marabut,
Samar. The activity will start at 1:00 p.m and please come on time.

We are looking forward to your support to attend and to join us in in this activity.

We are inviting the Barangay Captain. Kung di po available si Kap, magpadala po kayo ng
