Specification SOW REV 4 (Article 8 – Engineering, Procurement, Construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and Start
up), annexes, deliverables and Appendix A and in particular (Article 9 – Mobilisation and Demobilisation).

Invoicing and payments – In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Contract - 5000008451 - A5.1 of Annex A5
of Appendix-A.

MOBILIZATION FOR WI GATHERING NETWORK FIRM SOW

SUMMARY

MOBILIZATION

Please refer to the original SOW #00250600BGSC95049 - Appendix D Technical Specification SOW REV 4, Paragraph 2
Scope of Work Executive STRATEGY and paragraph 8 – Engineering, Procurement, Construction, pre-commissioning,
commissioning and start up, its annexes and deliverables.

COMPANY requires to perform:

 Mobilization of facilities, equipment, plants and resources;

The WORK includes:

Registration of Contract Entity(s) and Contract in Iraq,
Mobilization of camp and lodging facilities, (ready for use and certified by Company),
Mobilization of Warehouses, Laydown area preparation, and Workshops, (ready for use and certified by Company),
Mobilization of Equipment and tools (upon submission of list of Equipment at Site, certified by Company),
First batch of Free Issue Material received in Storage from abroad.

SCHEDULE

Contractor will mobilize in accordance with defined work programme and required needs to perform
activities within a time frame linked to the validity period of the Contract and its option extension if required.
Break down from Appendix A5.1 will be minimum item required for mobilisation and measurement.
Further detail and list of facilities to be scheduled and employed during the whole duration of the Project
need to be agreed and will be the base of work progress measurement.

The Call Off Completion date shall be Commencement Date plus 6 months extendable upon needs and
schedule requirements of future assigned call offs.

All the works shall be completed in full compliance with Article 34 of the Contract General Conditions and
Article 27 of the Contract Special Conditions.
