Employee Contract
TERM. This Contract shall begin on [START DATE] and shall continue until terminated
by either party on [NOTICE PERIOD] days' written notice to the other party.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Employee shall perform all duties and responsibilities
as may be assigned by Employer, including but not limited to [LIST OF DUTIES].
Employee shall devote full time and attention to the business of Employer and shall
use best efforts to promote the interests of Employer.
