GSuite for Education

An institutional e-mail is provided to all officially enrolled students of Saint Louis University. The
said e-mail account will be used to access the different GSuite Apps for Education such as Gmail,
Google Classroom, Google Meet and all other GSuite Apps which are allowed to Saint Louis
University.
Steps on how to retrieve the institutional e-mail for new students
1. Log-in to SLU Applicant Portal
2. Click "Switch to Student Portal"

3. Click "HERE", then follow the instruction given on how to log-in to student portal.

4, Read and accept the ITC’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) http://www.slu.edu.ph/slu-itcs-
acceptable-use-policy/ before you can log-in with your institutional email through Google. Policies
on the use of the institutional e-mail are all incorporated in the AUP.
5. Institutional e-mail account for old students remain the same. For password reset, please
send an e-mail info@slu.edu.ph.
How to Join Class in Google Classroom?
1. Sign in to Google using the institutional e-mail (ID#@slu.edu.ph)

2. Click on the GSuite Apps, then click on classroom

3. On the upper right hand corner, click on the plus (+) sign, then click join class.

4. Type the google class code given by the teacher. In case the student is already invited to
join the class, just accept the invitation.
