I. LEARNING TARGETS
At the end of the 60-minute period, the students will be able to:
b. move the body properly in response to the actions that creates shapes and;
A. MOTIVATION
Warm-up
The students will imagine that they are in a car travelling on the road.The traffic lights will givethem
instructions about how they should move and when they should stop. The teacher will call out a color
and the students should follow and perform on the given instructions
B. INTRODUCTION
Sing a song
The students will listen to the song with actions given by theteacher and they will sing then follow the
movements. After singing and introducing the action of the song, the teacher will ask questions.

C. INTERACTION
Brainstorming
Each group will gather according to their members and share their ideas about Body Shapes and Actions.
● Each group must choose their representative to share their ideas about the topic.
Lecture/Discussion
After the activity the pupils must sit properly while their teacher is discussing and will listen or follow the
warm up activities that can form a shape according to the discussion.
D. INTEGRATION
Pairing
● The pupils will find their partners and do the Routinary activities that are being discussed by the
teacher.
● Their respective partner will give them a grade according to the givencriteria.
● They must perform it well so that they can get a high grade.
IV. EVALUATION/ASSESSMENT/QUIZ
Directions: The picture is all about actions that create shapes. Choose the name of the shape in the box.
(2 pts. each)
V. ASSIGNMENT
● The pupils will practice at home the different body shapes and actions.
● Pupils must take 5 pictures while performing at home and put it in short bond paper with 1 inch
margin.
