Our office’s records showed that your office failed to remit the following Barangay
Shares for Real Property Tax, Philippine Coconut Authority and Community Tax
Certificate in spite of constant verbal recommendation of this office.

In view thereof, demand is hereby made upon you to facilitate the immediate remittance
of the said barangay share.

Failure to comply to remit the total share of Barangay from RPT, PCA and CTC
collection amounting to Php 699,665.49 were contrary to Section 271 of RA No. 7160 which
deprived the barangays of additional funds to finance their projects, programs and activities.
