“What really motivates people to be honest in Business?”.

Honesty is a key characteristic of a business because it establishes the tone for the type of workplace
culture you want to develop, ensures consistency in workplace conduct, and builds customer and
prospect loyalty and trust. Honesty is not only taught in schools to encourage pupils to grow up to be
decent citizens, but it also makes excellent economic sense to promote it in the workplace. Employees
must be encouraged to exercise good values and morals in order for the organization to be more
successful.

In business, we must earn people's trust so that they would continue to support us. Some people, on the
other hand, take advantage of others.The fact that your name is clear and you have a solid reputation
inspires people to be honest in business. The more clients you have, the more likely they are to come to
you. Some people are dishonest at work in order to get more money, or they would go to any length to
attain their goals, but I believe that what goes around comes around since everything we do has
consequences.

Your reputation is the single most significant component of your firm, and it will open doors to great
opportunities. It has an impact on everything . We all know that having a good reputation leads to
greater connections and possibilities. Customers are extremely concerned about a company's
reputation. And lastly , It is better to live when we are not doing anything terrible to others, when we
are not taking advantage of others, as I learned in the video. If what we have worked for is the result of
terrible deeds, it is also meaningless. After all, we only live once, so why not just be a decent citizen and
help others? and I believe that some businesspeople's best motivator is this.
