ADDENDUM

[TO THE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT]]

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement is made and entered into by and among:

JAIME C. PAZ, of legal age, and residing at 978 J.P. Rizal St., Brgy. Imatong, Pililla, Rizal,
hereinafter referred as the “Builder” and TEODORA A. TOLENTINO, also of legal age and
residing at 13 Alfonso St., Rosario, Pasig City, hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”

WITNESSETH:

1. That the above-named parties previously entered into a Construction Agreement for the
builder to construct in favor of the owner a Two-storey Residential Building with Attic at Alonso
St., Rosario, Pasig City;

2. Considering that the completion time agreed upon lapsed and the construction is not yet
finished, the abovenamed parties agree to extend the completion time up to December 30, 2021;

3. That for and in consideration thereof, the Builder hereby waives the amount of Two
Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 250.000.00) or 5% of the Price of the Contract in favor of
the Owner who shall no longer be obligated to pay the same to the Builder;

4. That the parties further agree that the remaining balance of the Price of the Contract shall
be paid as follows:

Dec. 22, 2021 - 406,250.00

Dec. 30, 2021 - 156,250.00

Retention amount of Php 250,000.00 to be paid Sixty Days after turn-over of the Two-storey
Residential Building with Attic, and acceptance thereof to the satisfaction of the Owner

5. That accordingly, the Construction Agreement between the parties is hereby amended by
the foregoing paragraphs. The provisions contained in this Addendum shall supersede those in
the Construction Agreement that are inconsistent herewith.
