Dear Sub,

Thank you so much for subbing for me today while I am at a conference.

Small Group Schedule (classes are 40 minutes and passing periods are 4 minutes)
1. 1st hour: planning hour 7:40-8:20
2. 2nd hour: 8:24-9:04
3. 3rd hour: planning hour 9:08-9:48
4. 4th hour: 9:52-10:32

7th Small group of girls in S144: 10:37-11:27

Lunch A: Before 5th hour starts: 11:31-11:51

5. 5th hour: 11:55-12:43

6. 6th hour: 12:47-1:27
7. 7th hour: 1:31-2:11 student aide Paris Newton can help you- she can start grading the activities that students
have turned in.
8. 8th hour: 2:15-2:55 Life Prep in S111

Things to note-reference blue sub folder:

1) There are seating charts- copies with pictures are in the blue sub folder.
2) Please take attendance for each class on the blank rosters (inside the blue sub folder) without student
pictures- a student can help you with this so I can have a copy of it as well.
3) Please let me know the names of students that cause any problems so that I can follow up with them and
their parents. They know that my expectations are the same whether I am in the classroom or not.

Routines & Procedures:

1. Entering class/Start of class
a. Make sure students are sitting in their assigned seat
2. During class
a. Students should only leave class if it is an emergency (the hall pass hanging on the pencil sharpener)
3. End of class
a. The teacher dismisses students after they have picked up their area and pushed in their chair

What will students do:

1. ~38 minutes:
○ Chapter 13 Activity 3 (page 105) & Chapter 13 Activity 5 (page 109) (in their activity books)
■ Students need to turn this in when they are done. They can place them under the rock on the
filing cabinet.
■ Please organize these by class and Paris can start grading them 7th hour.
■ A key is provided for you if a student needs help

○ If both assignments are done, then students can work on completing their Chapter 13 study guide and
studying for their Chapter 13 test. Their test is on Thursday, March 9th.

2. ~2 minutes: students clean up their area and turn in work.
