    1. To ensure that students and school personnel are safe and resilient to risks
    arising from natural and human-induced hazards, Plan Philippines
    International will be conducting the following activities from June to July 2021:

    Title Date
    Virtual Orientation on Contingency Planning amidst June 29, 2021, 10-12 AM
    COVID 19
    School Profiling on Mental Health and Psychosocial June 23, 2021
    Support (MHPSS) status and initiatives
    MHPSS webinar for School Personnel July 14, 2021
    Write shops to update School Contingency Plan July 21 & 28, 2021

    2. The participants are coming from Plan International covered schools namely:
    Polangi NHS of Catarman VI District and Opong ES of Catubig 1 District.

    3. Expenses relative to these activities such as travelling and other incidental


    expenses of the participants shall be charged to their respective Local Funds
    subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

    4. This Memorandum serves as Travel Order of the participants.

    5. For information and guidance of all concerned.
