Passengers are required to have their electronic ticket printed before boarding, (at the station of Patras, Athens and Thessaloniki it is enough to have
it on phone.
The passenger must have a printed copy of the ticket which will be asked on bus entrance.
The passenger must carry the ticket during the journey and should display it to the driver or the ticket check personnel when requested.
Your ticket must not be modified and should be in good condition for checking otherwise it can be considered invalid
You must carry your id or any other identification document (eg. passport) used at online reservation which may be requested during ticket checking.
The ticket has no value after departure time.
The passenger is obliged to be at the bus station 10 minutes before departure , this includes station of Patras, Athens, Thesaloniki, for the other
stations 45 minutes.
If you have reserve a ticket with discount you must carry the necessary document that prove the discount condition, for example your discount card.
In case the passenger has reserve a discount ticket and is not caring the necessary documents for discount proof then he is obliged to pay the
additional value for a normal ticket.
Discounts for university or technological institution students, disabled people, or family members with many children are available to passengers who
bring the required documents provided by Greek State.
