Duties and Responsibilities

1. Administrates timekeeping/DTR of employees for payroll.

2. Prepares Tardiness Report per month.

3. Monitors employee absences with three (3) consecutive days.

4. Monitors Vacation Leave, Sick Leave and Emergency Leave utilization.

5. Prepares and checks employee overtime payment.

6. Processes employee ATM for payroll.

7. Processes clearance of separated employees.

8. Prepares release of final pay & quitclaims of separated employees.

9. Facilitates dissemination of incoming documents.

10. Provide assistance for DTR concerns of all employees.

13. Perform other task that may be assigned.
