Grande, Naga City, Camarines Sur, do hereby APPOINT, NAME, and
CONSTITUTE, AMELIA B. OLIVA in Block 8 Lot 7 West Drive Street, Saint
Jude Village, Concepcion Grande, Naga City, Camarines Sur, to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact for me in my name, place and stead, to do and execute all or
any of the acts, deeds and things, to wit:

A. To appear and/or transact before BDO Unibank Inc. for the purpose of
receiving documents such as the certificate of title, release of mortage and
other necessary documents to be issued by the BDO Unibank Inc. in
connection with the loan take-out of the account by the Home Development
Mutual Fund / Pag-Ibig.

B. To sign and execute appropriate document/s required by the BDO Unibank

Inc. pursuant to the above statement authorization.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING UNTO SAID Attorney-in-Fact all

power and authority to do and perform all things necessary to be done in the
premises and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do as if he is actually present and actiong.
